Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
  • Contribute to and maintain system standards
  • Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
  • Logging customer/employee queries
  • Analyzing call logs to spot trends and underlying issues
  • Daily patch application to development environment

Desired Profile:

  • Graduate/Diploma in Computer Applications with good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Fundamental knowledge of hardware/software
  • Basic knowledge of JAVA preferred
  • Based on business need; comfortable working in night shifts (6:00 am to 3:00 pm or 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm)
  • Ready to sign Service Agreement of 2 years
