Technical Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Meet the clients and understand their technical requirements
  • Should work in close contact with the client so as to plan, design and implement the project as per the specifications and within the given time frame
  • Should ensure that a budget is designed for the project and that there is no variance in the cost
  • Should develop and implement procedures as per the specifications
  • Should evaluate, monitor and review the installation to minimize the technical issues and provide immediate resolutions for the same
  • Should maintain proper documentation and present the reports to the client
  • Troubleshoot internal and external technical issues
  • Testing existing and new Products or Applications
  • Documenting processes and application instructions

Desired Profile:

  • Graduate with at least 3+ years relevant experience
  • Excellent trouble shooting skills; quick turn-around to issues
  • Knowledge of Oracle Application Server and Web logic Server
  • Knowledge/Proficient understanding of database (Oracle or MongoDB) installation, administration, tuning and monitoring
  • Writing SQL queries is mandatory
  • Debugging with procedures, Functions, Triggers, Packages and other PL/SQL objects is preferred
  • Good communication skill
